We use specialized machines that allow us to take a vanilla or chocolate ice cream base and infuse different add-ins into our soft-serve & milkshakes. Each order is made in-front of you and you can add or take out whatever you would like to make your own treat!

Yes! Our vanilla and chocolate ice cream can be sold as hard scoop with toppings.

Yes! We are pleased to offer a variety of treats that are vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. We have one machine dedicated to being dairy free entirely. However, we are not a vegan, gluten free, or dairy free establishment, and therefore cannot ensure that ingredients have not touched gluten, dairy, or animal byproducts. We will do our part by informing you of possible allergens, but we need your help to notify us if you have an allergy to keep everyone safe.

We love to see your furry friends! They are welcome to come into the shop with you. Please note: Our store can find itself to be quite busy some nights and it may be best for your furry companions to wait outside for their treats.

We do make some items in house like our waffles & waffle cones however all of other items are made at our commercial kitchen in Laconia, NH.

As a seasonal business with a majority of our employees being students, we have to adjust our hours to compensate for the weather and the schedules of our staff. We change our hours 3 times over the course of the year. We open weekends only starting in the Spring, then switch to a full time schedule for the Summer. We then back to weekends only until our last day during Concord’s Halloween Howl. We are closed during the winter.
